Unwind Your Way—Year-Round Stays, Pet-Friendly Comfort
Enjoy comfort and adventure at Browns Bay Resort. Rates are based on double occupancy with a two-night minimum. Add just $15 per extra guest (10+ years) and $20 per pet, per night, for our pet-friendly Cabins and Suites. All accommodations are available year-round, except for the “Glamping” tents, which are seasonal and not pet-friendly.

Rate Policy
- A 30% reservation deposit is required at time of booking to confirm your stay. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
- All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and taxes are additional and not included in the listed pricing.
- All rates are subject to change without advance notice.
- All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guest over the age of 10 will be charged $5 pp/per night in RVs and
$15 pp/per night additional for accommodation. - RV Sites: Check in is 1:00 pm, Check out is 11:00 am
- Cabins, Suites and Glamping Tents: Check in is 3:00 pm, Check out is 11:00am
Cancellation Policy/Fees
- Cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days prior to arrival to receive a refund, excluding an administration fee.
- RV Site Cancellation Fee: $50
- Accommodation Cancellation Fee: $100
- No refund or credit will be issued for unused days or early departure.
- Refunds are not issued for cancellations or changes due to illness, vehicle issues, travel delays, or weather conditions. (We strongly recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen disruptions to your travel arrangements.)
- Exceptions may only be considered in the event of government-mandated restrictions or road closures with no viable alternative route.
Resort Pet Policy
- The Resort welcomes furry family members and provides disposable bags and containers throughout the property.
Please clean up after your dog! - All dogs must be kept on a leash while on the property grounds, except when using the beach and trails.
- Please remember that your dog’s behaviour is your responsibility, on and off leash!
- The Restaurant has a dog friendly patio, please ask your server for assistance.
- The Resort welcomes furry family members and provides disposable bags and containers throughout the property.
Cabin Pet Policy
- An additional charge of $20/night per pet will apply to all accommodation with a max of two pets per unit.
- Pets can not be left unattended in any accommodations unless crated.
- The owner is responsibly for supplying their own pet bedding, food/water dishes and crates/carriers.
- Pets are NOT permitted on any of the Resorts furniture or beds.
- The owner assumes full responsibility for any damage caused, or excessive cleaning as a result of their pet staying at the Resort.
- Pets are NOT permitted in The Glamping Tents.
Cabin Cleaning & Damage Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all accommodations and public buildings. Any evidence of smoking, including the use of
e-cigarettes, or any other smoking device will result in a cleaning fee to restore the room to its smoke-free condition. - Any damage caused to the room or property will be charged directly to the guest’s credit card. We take pride in maintaining the cleanliness of our resort. Please treat it as your home and leave it clean and ready for the next guest. Failure to do so may result in excessive cleaning fees.
- Out of respect for our guests and resort employees, we have a quiet time policy between the hours of 11pm and 9am.
Guests who fail to adhere to this policy may be asked the leave.
